Returns
Products may be considered for return where they are unopened, unused, in original packaging and returned within the applicable returns window.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food products, used baking items, damaged packaging caused after delivery and special-order items may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Sugar n Spice as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos so the matter can be reviewed.
Refunds
